Our domestic general clean includes cleaning all visible surfaces, spot cleaning cupboard doors and drawers, dusting areas like shelving and skirting boards, vacuuming and mopping. This service is great for maintaining the cleanliness of your home on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

Can tasks be changed in a general clean?

Yes. Some of our clients ask us to alternate the rooms we clean or perform ad hoc tasks such as changing the bedding.

How much does a general domestic clean cost?

Accepted Answer

Prices start at £46 for the first two hours. Each additional 30 minutes costs £11.50 (or £23 per hour). For example, if you book 2 hours and 30 minutes, the total cost of your appointment will be £57.50.

What additional tasks are included in a deep cleaning service?

Deep cleaning is recommended for homes that have not been professionally cleaned in the last 4 weeks or more. Unlike a general clean, deep cleaning tackles areas where dirt has built up over a longer period of time. It requires a lot more scrubbing and attention to detail. Tasks can include anything from demoulding tiles to removing soap scum and limescale.

What is not included in a deep clean?

We do not clean inside furniture such as cupboards, drawers or appliances. Window cleaning is not included. These can be requested ahead of time at an additional cost.

How much is a deep cleaning service?

Prices start at £105 for the first 3 hours. Each additional 30 minutes costs £17.50 (or £35 per hour). For example, if you book 3 hours and 30 minutes, the total cost of your appointment will be £122.50.

We have public liability cover of £1,000,000.

Will we have the same cleaner each time?

Yes, most of the time. And if they're not available, we normally have one more cleaner trained so they can cover when they are on holiday or unwell.

Will you redo parts of a clean that I'm unhappy with?

We ask for feedback before we leave any clean. If there's anything you're unhappy with that should have been included in your service within the time booked, we are happy to redo the task or include it in the next appointment.
